Reservation Agreement & Confirmation

By booking any outdoor tour or combination package with Ubud Jungle Adventures (whether through our website or our verified WhatsApp concierge at +62 851-5844-9402), you agree to the conditions set forth in this service agreement.

Confirmation Process:

• Digital Voucher / WhatsApp Confirmation: A reservation is officially confirmed once our reservations team issues an official digital summary or confirmation text with your reservation code.
• Required Guest Details: Guests must provide an accurate hotel or villa name, room number (if checked in), preferred pickup time slot (Morning or Midday), and an active WhatsApp phone number for coordination.
• Zero Deposit Privilege: For standard direct bookings, no credit card or advance cash deposit is required. You retain full control and settle upon arrival at basecamp.

Cancellation Notice & Reschedule Privileges

We understand that travel itineraries in Bali can shift due to delayed flights or changing holiday plans. We offer one of the most flexible cancellation policies on the island:

Hotel Pickup & Courtesy Waiting Guidelines

For packages that include private air-conditioned hotel transfers, our dedicated English-speaking drivers coordinate directly with you.

• 30-Minute Courtesy Lobby Wait: Your private driver arrives ahead of time and will wait up to 30 minutes free of charge at your villa or hotel lobby. If you require extra time, kindly inform your driver or dispatcher via WhatsApp.
• Airport Arrival Transfers: For guests heading directly from DPS Ngurah Rai Airport to basecamp, our driver waits up to 90 minutes after your plane lands to comfortably clear immigration, visa on arrival, and luggage claim.
• Coverage Zones: Complimentary or low-cost transfer coverage is available throughout Ubud, Payangan, Sanur, Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, Jimbaran, and Nusa Dua.

Safety Gear & Comprehensive Insurance Coverage

Every guest participating in our activities is covered under our master Indonesian adventure tourism insurance policy from the moment orientation begins until tour completion.

• Mandatory Protective Equipment: Clean helmets, knee/elbow protectors (where required), and lifejackets must be worn throughout the activity.
• Trail Etiquette: Participants must follow instructor directions, maintain safe stopping distances, and refrain from reckless overtaking.
• Lockers & Personal Belongings: Secure storage lockers are provided at basecamp. We advise leaving passports, expensive jewelry, and non-waterproof electronics inside lockers. Waterproof bags are supplied during rafting.
